Service Center Best Practices

Before bringing your tool for warranty service we ask that you do the following:

· Remove bits from drills, blades from saws, and wheels from

grinders, along with any other removeable accessories.

· Bring the tool in a plastic bag if the tool is leaking oil, grease, or other

   fluids.

· Empty the tank of any fluids or chemicals if you have a sprayer that

   needs to be serviced.

· When bringing in a vacuum, please remove the filter and any dirt or debris.

· If the serial number is not clearly legible on the tool, make sure to bring a

   proof of purchase.

· Double-check to make sure there is no damage to the housing of the tool or

battery. We CANNOT send in a battery or tool that has a

cracked/damaged/broken housing. Warranty on Milwaukee Tools and

batteries only extends to manufacturers defects.
